Kitchen Manager Employer: GATE OF INDIA
Location 305-505 MAIN STREET SW, Airdrie, AB T4B 3K3 (Work location: On site)
Salary $36.00 per hour (35 hours per week)

Shift: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift
Start as soon as possible
Job Description Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, manage meal preparation, maintain quality, and handle safety and sanitation. Enable efficient scheduling and supply management, train staff, resolve customer complaints, prepare reports, and contribute to kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Requisition food and kitchen supplies
Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Prepare and submit reports
Prepare food order summaries for chef
Supervise and check assembly of trays
Establish work schedules

Qualifications
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Languages: English
