Custom Order Engineer Position, Airdrie

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is hiring a Custom Order Engineer for its Airdrie, AB location. This on-site role includes benefits from day one and focuses on technical support and drawings for electrical manufacturing.

As a Custom Order Engineer, you will be vital in ensuring that all orders meet design specifications and compliance with the Canadian Electrical Code. Your engineering support will assist various teams within Eaton, streamlining processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:• Verify design accuracy and compliance on incoming orders • Address technical issues and produce necessary documentation • Create control schematics to aid in product functionality • Generate required materials for order fulfillment • Offer support to production, sales, and marketingteams

Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering • At least 1 year of related engineering experience • Proficient in MS-Office, AutoCAD Electrical, and Inventor • Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship • Reside within 80km of Airdrie, AB
