Key Responsibilities:• Provide auto coverage through ICBC and private options • Assist customers in person and over the phone • Set and achieve sales production targets • Comply with all relevant insurer regulations • Effectively resolve any customer complaints

Requirements:• Level 1 General Insurance License mandatory • 6+ months experience in Auto Insurance • Exceptional client service skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Use of a personal vehicle for travel necessary
