Service Writer at United Agri Systems, Abbotsford British Columbia

Become a Service Writer with United Agri Systems and enhance customer support in the agricultural sector. This in-person role involves parts fulfillment and customer service inquiries.

In this full-time position, you will be the primary contact for customer inquiries related to agricultural equipment, particularly poultry and milling products. With a focus on providing excellent service, you will assist customers and coordinate with sales and service teams to fulfill parts requests and diagnose equipment issues. Knowledge of warranty processes and inventory management will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:• Answer customer inquiries and direct calls to departments • Assist in diagnosing equipment issues using manuals • Create and manage Work Orders using software tools • Schedule Service Technicians based on sales orders • Perform warranty claims processing and follow-up

Requirements:• 2 years of experience in a parts or sales role • Strong communication skills, both oral and written • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Agricultural experience preferred
