Join a dedicated team as a Production Supervisor in food and beverage processing. This role, based on-site, focuses on staff training, production management, and quality assurance.
As a Production Supervisor, you will manage 16-20 workers in a fast-paced, cold environment. With 1-2 years of relevant experience, you will ensure safety compliance, prepare essential reports, and identify measures to enhance efficiency. Your knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) will contribute to maintaining high product standards while coordinating workflow.
Key Responsibilities:• Train workers in safety and job duties • Recommend personnel actions including promotions • Prepare necessary production reports • Suggest improvements for productivity and quality • Oversee and coordinate daily activities of staff
Requirements:• Secondary school graduation required • 1-2 years in a supervisory role • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) • Excellent communication abilities • Capability to handle physically demanding tasks
