In this full-time role, you'll bridge design and engineering, contributing directly to hands-on production support. The ideal candidate will develop and modify detailed designs while improving workflows and advancing automation initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with teams to shape prototypes and validate performance against design standards.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop designs for sheet metal and tubular components using CAD • Create CNC programs for cutting and forming operations • Interpret blueprints for accurate dimensions and materials • Analyze and enhance manufacturing workflows for efficiency • Provide technical assistance during production runs

Requirements:• Post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering or related field • Minimum 2+ years in manufacturing design or process engineering • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software like AutoCAD or SolidWorks • Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
