Key Responsibilities:• Provide frontline tech support for staff and devices • Set up and configure new employee hardware and accounts • Manage and monitor mobile data plans using Mirador • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and restoration software • Maintain IT inventory for devices and accessories

Requirements:• Experience in IT support or help desk preferred • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows • Familiarity with restoration software like Xactimate • Basic cybersecurity knowledge and IT certifications • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
