Long-Haul Truck Driver Position, Abbotsford British Columbia

Drive and transport goods as a Long-Haul Truck Driver at a remote location. This role focuses on operating trucks, handling cargo, and ensuring safety according to regulations.

We are seeking a dedicated Long-Haul Truck Driver for permanent employment. This role requires 30 to 40 weekly hours and involves driving straight or articulated trucks while adhering to pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Successful candidates will manage customer concerns and transport a variety of goods safely across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:• Drive trucks to transport goods and materials • Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections • Load and unload goods efficiently • Perform brake adjustments and preventive maintenance • Relay information to central dispatch regularly

Requirements:• Air Brakes Endorsement is required • Valid Driver's License (Class 1 or A) • 7 months of driving experience preferred • Familiarity with GPS and navigation systems • Strong interpersonal skills and reliability
