In this role, you will oversee short- and mid-term production schedules for an active food manufacturing facility. Collaborate closely with various teams, optimizing labor, capacity, and material availability while ensuring minimal downtime and effective changes. A strong focus on continuous improvement is essential for enhancing operational effectiveness and achieving a high schedule adherence.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop weekly production schedules based on forecasts • Maintain a 5–12 week master schedule using MRP • Minimize changes during scheduled lock-in periods • Monitor and adjust schedules for production efficiency • Lead weekly alignment meetings with leadership

Requirements:• 3–5 years in production planning/scheduling • Post-secondary degree in a related field • Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems • High-level Excel and Office skills • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
